Our Mission Is Simple
At Bright Steps Beyond, we are a not-for-profit organization focusing on young athletes. We do that by providing under-resourced athletes with sports shoes throughout middle school and high school. We believe this is a vital time in a young person's life, and many of these young athletes cannot perform at their best without the right shoes.
One Pair At A Time
Every young athlete deserves the chance to compete with confidence, but for many under-resourced youth in Elkhart County, access to quality, sport-specific athletic shoes is a barrier that holds them back. We believe that talent and determination shouldn’t be limited by financial hardship.

At Bright Steps Beyond, we are proud of our founders and the Bright Steps Team. We all work together, share similar character traits, and are committed to the same purpose when it comes to Bright Steps. We want to make a difference in young people's lives. As we grow our organization, we want to assist more young people and ensure that everyone has the same opportunities. You could say, we want to level the playing field.
